Accepted payment methods
- PayPal – only PayPal accounts with a confirmed address are accepted.
PayPal fees will be added to the total transaction amount.
- Bank Transfer (Reiffeisen Bank) – recommended and required for orders over CHF 500.
IBAN details will be provided at checkout or by email.
- Cash Payment – available at our local Drop-Off & Pick-Up point:

Important notes
- Orders paid via bank transfer will be processed only after the payment is fully credited.
- No production or shipping will begin before payment confirmation.

Processing and dispatch
- Orders are shipped after payment has been verified and credited.
- A tracking number will be provided via email once the package is dispatched.

- International buyers are responsible for:

Return Policy
Return conditions
- We offer returns within 3 days if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase.
- The item must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped.
- It may be returned by mail or delivered directly to our drop-off location:

Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days.
- Return shipping costs and any related fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

- Due to high demand or temporary unavailability, shipping may be delayed by up to 7 days.
- Orders placed during our summer holidays may experience additional delays.
