Payments

Accepted payment methods

  • PayPal – only PayPal accounts with a confirmed address are accepted.
    PayPal fees will be added to the total transaction amount.
  • Bank Transfer (Reiffeisen Bank) – recommended and required for orders over CHF 500.
    IBAN details will be provided at checkout or by email.
  • Cash Payment – available at our local Drop-Off & Pick-Up point:
    Biblio Café Tra l’Altro, Via Castausio 3, CH-6900 Lugano, Switzerland

Important notes

  • Orders paid via bank transfer will be processed only after the payment is fully credited.
  • No production or shipping will begin before payment confirmation.

Processing and dispatch

  • Orders are shipped after payment has been verified and credited.
  • A tracking number will be provided via email once the package is dispatched.

Taxes & customs

  • International buyers are responsible for:
  • VAT of their country
  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes and additional fees charged by local authorities

Return Policy

Return conditions

  • We offer returns within 3 days if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped.
  • It may be returned by mail or delivered directly to our drop-off location:

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days.
  • Return shipping costs and any related fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Due to high demand or temporary unavailability, shipping may be delayed by up to 7 days.
  • Orders placed during our summer holidays may experience additional delays.
  • You will be notified by email and may choose to wait or request a refund.
